Benefit Events Our benefit events take different forms from red carpet events with celebrity guests to car washes. Every benefit that is hosted by the CFWHI goes to fund our multiple projects such as the construction of clinics, our nursing training program, our ChildAIDS projects, our wareness campaigns and so on. University and College Groups This project aims at creating groups on university and college campus that will take their own measures and own methods to raise awareness on issues that relate to women's health. Every year, the CFWHI will host a weekend long event that will regroup all of the directors of these groups to discuss of the projects, the barriers to accomplishment, the new developments in women's health and their yearly successes
Awareness Campaigns/Documentary
The initiative aims at educating people on issues that relate to women's health and that is why the awareness campaign and documentary division has been created. Every 6 months an issue that relates to women's health will be featured in one of our awareness campaigns. These campaigns will take various forms and will be expressed through various channels such as radio, television, internet or face to face with visits in schools and community centers. Also, every 2 years the initiative will partner with a production company in the hopes of making a documentary on a specific issue that relates to women's health Clinic Program/Nursing Training Program Our Clinic program was created in the hopes of raising the access to health care services. Once a year, the CFWHI will put together a project that will end with the construction of a clinic in a developping country. This program is closely linked to the nursing training program which works with health care professionals in order to train nurses in developping countries on safer practices and new methods. Once the clinic program is launch, the nursing training program's 6 month term starts. ChildAIDS program Our ChildAIDS program aims at making education a reality for HIV and AIDS infected or affected children. Through the construction of community centers who also serve as schools, Child AIDS gives the opportunity of education to marginalized children as well as children who reside in rural areas.
